During my Christmas stay, I loved the cozy and clean rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel like a valued guest. Plus, the complimentary hot breakfast was a delicious treat every morning. The location was ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, and it was just a short walk to the train station. it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to others.

While the rooms were generally well-maintained, I did notice that the air flow could be improved, resulting in a slightly damp atmosphere at times. in one of the rooms, I encountered a slight issue with the shower door alignment, which caused me to get accidentally locked in.

Great location close to the main center and very easy to find. the staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. the hostel and its surroundings felt safe, and I was able to relax during my stay. the daily cleaning service kept the place tidy and in order.

The air conditioning was poorly designed and positioned and didn't work properly. the beds were fairly uncomfortable and made creaky noises.
